the staff was attentive. the breakfast buffet had a wonderful selection of items. the beds were comfortable, and the room layout was great. i also really enjoyed the balcony area. it made my mornings better (i liked drinking my coffee there).
i found housekeeping service to be slow. it took about five hours for my room to be cleaned. this delay was a bit inconvenient (i hope they improve).

The hotel has a well-equipped gym. it includes several treadmills and stationary bikes. i saw convenient showers located throughout the beach and swimming pool areas. That was helpful.

I experienced issues with the room I received. I paid for a room with a beach view, I got a room overlooking the golf course. I found this change unacceptable as it did not match the service advertised.
